Yaeer Talkar
Yaeer Talkar is a published writer, dreamer and founder of Incede Ventures, a startup studio.
What Yaeer enjoys is helping build things - he works on his own ideas and with the Incede team creates a minimum viable product (MVP) that can be introduced to the market.
He handpicks champions for each idea and then helps them lead the way from idea to maturity.
Incede Studio is one such idea that is a result of a collaboration between his cofounder, Ariel Moses, and a veteran interior designer and visionary, Shoshi Golan.
The vision is to create a bond between tech and consturction while serving entrepreneurs and contractors as well as the end clients.
Yaeer invests capital, creates the prototype and brings a champion to scale it up.

Ariel Moses
Ariel Moses is also the Managing Partner, CFO and investment committee member of the Agate Venture Capital group.
He as extensive experience in leading MedTech investments, corporate finance and fund management.
Experienced in managing portfolio investments. Board member at: Mitos Medical (Endoscopy Visual Optics), RDD Pharma (GI Pharma), MST (Surgery Robotics), Epitomee (Obesity Therapeutics), Sensimed (Ophthalmology), Dia Imaging Analyses.
Co-Founder Of Incede - Client-centered project development of software program & validation project, mainly for Pharma.
Former Co-Founder & CEO of a FinTech startup company and a former Investment & Credit Analyst, Former VP Marketing and Analyses in a leading corporate finance company.

Shoshi Golan
Architecture and interior design has been an integral part of my life since a young age.
It is very important to me to get to know each person, because each person is a full and unique world, and the way to fulfill the natural space for him, starts from the connection and listening to his innermost, needs and motives.
My goal, in every project, is to inspire, to direct, to spread the full range of worlds, from the variety of design approaches and solutions, and to find the place to which you connect.
A properly designed and organized space will positively affect our daily life, serve us and make us feel calm, satisfied and happy.
I believe that sometimes the small details are the ones that make the difference, so it is important to put emphasis on each and every detail, making maximum use of minimum space, time and costs.
